Position Summary Information

Job Description Summary

The Accounting and Law Division unfortunately has no current openings for adjunct faculty. We do, however, accept applications from qualified applicants for adjunct faculty positions to teach undergraduate courses in the intermediate and advanced levels of the curriculum in their disciplinary areas of expertise. We review these periodically or when an opening becomes available.
Adjunct faculty in the Accounting and Law Division teach both in undergraduate and graduate programs. Adjunct Accountant faculty will usually teach the required core course in either financial or managerial accounting.
Babson College teaches courses in many different formats, including traditional semester schedules, intensive classroom experiences, evening classes, weekend classes and on-line instruction. Applicants considered for teaching assignments may be asked to attend a training program, and may be asked to shadow an experiences faculty member for a semester.
The Accounting and Law Division is particularly interested in applicants have experience or interest in teaching on-line courses.

Additional Information

Candiates must have a minimum of a graduate degree and perference will be given to candidates with one or more professional certifications. Candidates with previous college and university teaching experience and practical experience in accounting will be given preference.
